Buyers: Typically, my commission is covered by the seller (about 2.5%). If a seller does not offer commission, we clarify this upfront so expectations are clear.
Sellers: Commission in Massachusetts is typically around 5%, split between the listing and buyer’s agent. For sellers, I provide a full-service, turnkey marketing plan, including property preparation, staging, professional photography and video, aerial shots, and strategic online/social media marketing.
Do you require a buyer’s agreement?
Yes. Buying a home is one of the most complex financial transactions in your life. A buyer’s agreement clearly defines my fiduciary duty to you and ensures your interests are fully protected from the start.
What is the duration of a typical listing?
Listing agreements are generally 6 months to 1 year, depending on market conditions and property type. This ensures there is enough time to market effectively and achieve a successful sale.
Can I cancel the contract if I’m not satisfied?
Absolutely. Client satisfaction is central to my business. If at any point you feel expectations are not being met, we will revisit and adjust—or release you from the agreement. My philosophy is simple: relationships are built on trust, not obligation.
